Solutions to common problems when using timeless jewels and our calculator.
Calculator Shows Different Results Than In-Game
Possible Causes:
- Incorrect seed number entered
- Wrong socket position selected
- Game version/league mechanic differences
- Passives not allocated in-game
Solutions:
- Verify the exact seed number from your jewel's flavor text
- Double-check you've selected the correct socket in the calculator
- Ensure you've allocated the passives you want to see transformed
- Check if your league has modified timeless jewel mechanics
Jewel Doesn't Seem to Work In-Game
Check These First:
- Is the jewel socketed in a timeless jewel socket? (not a regular jewel socket)
- Have you allocated the passives within the radius?
- Does your character meet the level requirements for that socket?
- Is this the correct jewel type for that socket?
Quick Test: Hover over a passive within the jewel's radius. If it's transformed, you should see the new modifiers in the tooltip.

- Clear your browser cache and reload
- Try a different browser
- Check your internet connection
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
Search Takes Too Long
- The calculator processes millions of combinations
- Narrow your search criteria to specific seed ranges
- Use preset configurations for quick results
- Be patient - complex searches may take 30-60 seconds
Militant Faith Specific Issues
Not Reaching 150 Devotion
You need to allocate enough notables within the radius to reach 150 devotion for Inner Conviction.
- Count notables in calculator before purchasing
- Consider different socket positions with more notables
- Plan your tree to include more notables in radius
